Dr.Rajesh Patel is an accomplished physician with over 14 years
of experience in the field of anesthesiology and pain management.
He is a well recognized expert in outpatient anesthesia, regional
and Pain medicine.
He completed his Medical Degree at the M.S. University, Medical
college, in the city of Baroda,India. Dr. Patel then completed his
anesthesiology and pain management training at the Department of
Anesthesiology of the Brookdale Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.
Prior to this, he had also completed an internship in internal
medicine at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.
Dr. Patel is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners,
the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has additional qualifications
in Interventional Pain Medicine and certified as Fellow of Interventional
Pain Practice (FIPP) and Board certified by American Board of Pain
Medicine (DABPM).
Before He started his private practice,he has held attending anesthesilogist
positions for over eight years at Beth Isael Medical Center- KHD,
Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Patel is an active member of the American Society of Interventional
Pain Physicians (ASIPP), American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM),
International Spine Intervention Society (ISIS), World Institute
of Pain (WIP), American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA), ASARA
and NYSSA.
NITYANANDA PODDER,MD
Dr. Nityananda Podder completed his residency in Neurology at New York Medical College, through St. Vincent’s Medical Center-Manhattan.
He then went on to complete an Interventional Pain Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, through Beth Israel Medical Center - New York in 2005-06.
Since then he has been practicing Interventional Pain Management at Saint Vincent’s Hospital and University Pain Center in New York City. As an Assistant Professor of Neurology at New York Medical college, he has dedicated last 3 years in teaching pain management to fellows and residents |
